How do I order?

At Optica Familiei, we want the ordering process to be as simple and convenient as possible for our customers. On the website, you can choose between two delivery methods, depending on your preferences and needs.

Personal pickup allows you to reserve products online and pick them up from one of our pickup points. The list of available locations is clearly displayed on the checkout page, depending on the available stock. This method is fast and secure, and payment is made at the time of pickup.

Courier delivery is available both in Chisinau and in other localities in the Republic of Moldova, especially for non-medicinal products. The order can be paid in cash or by card upon receipt of the package. To facilitate delivery, the order will only be handed over to a person over 18 years old, who must provide the courier with the order number.

Delivery costs vary depending on the order value and delivery area:

• In Chisinau, for orders under 350 lei, a fee of 45 lei is charged, and orders over 350 lei benefit from free delivery (excluding suburbs).

• Outside Chisinau, orders under 650 lei have a fee of 50 lei, and orders over 650 lei are delivered free of charge.

Delivery times are set to guarantee promptness of orders: orders placed on weekdays, between 08:00 and 14:00, arrive on the same day by 19:00 or within a maximum of 24 hours from confirmation. Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends are delivered on the next working day. In case of delay, we will inform you and establish a new deadline together.

Products are received by signing the delivery receipt, thus confirming that the products are received in good condition and in full. For medicinal products, online reservation is possible, but pickup or delivery is made only based on the prescription and, if applicable, the power of attorney signed online for courier delivery.

Changing the delivery method (from personal pickup to courier or vice versa) is not possible for orders already placed. To change the delivery method, the order must be canceled and placed again.
