How do I order?

At Optica Familiei, we want the ordering process to be as simple and convenient as possible for our customers. On our website, you can choose between two delivery methods, depending on your preferences and needs.

Personal pickup allows you to reserve products online and pick them up from one of our pickup locations. The list of available locations is clearly displayed on the checkout page, depending on available stock. This method is fast and secure, and payment is made at the time of pickup.

Courier delivery is available both in Chișinău and other locations in the Republic of Moldova, especially for non-medicinal products. The order can be paid for in cash or by card upon receipt of the parcel. To facilitate delivery, the order will only be handed over to a person over the age of 18, who must provide the courier with the order number.

Delivery costs vary depending on the order value and delivery area:

• In Chișinău, orders under 350 lei are subject to a 45 lei delivery fee, while orders over 350 lei qualify for free delivery (excluding suburbs).

• Outside Chișinău, orders under 650 lei incur a 50 lei delivery fee, while orders over 650 lei are delivered free of charge.

Delivery times are set to ensure prompt delivery of orders: orders placed on business days between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. will be delivered on the same day by 7 p.m. or within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on weekends will be delivered on the next business day. In case of delay, we will inform you and agree on a new delivery date.

Products are received by signing the delivery note, thus confirming that the products are received in good condition and in full. For medicinal products, online booking is possible, but collection or delivery is only possible on the basis of a prescription and, where applicable, an online signed mandate contract for delivery by courier.

Changing the delivery method (from personal pickup to courier or vice versa) is not possible for orders that have already been placed. To change the delivery method, the order must be canceled and placed again.
