Return policy. Right of withdrawal

ff.md offers free returns for customers who notify us of their intention within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the package. Orders with delivery are not eligible for free returns (the customer will pay the repeated delivery/exchange fee). Following the customer's request, ff.md will send a courier to the address indicated by the customer to pick up the return package. For orders with personal pickup, the return is made by the customer at the pickup point (branch).

Methods and terms for returning products

The customer undertakes to notify ff.md of their intention to return the purchased products by email to shop.online@ff.md or by phone at 069 807 807 within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products. Otherwise, ff.md may refuse the package. The necessary information to be provided for the return of orders:

• date of shipment of the parcel;
• Order number;
• amount to be returned;
• the address where the courier will pick up the return package (in case of delivery by courier);

The shipping costs for the returned package(s) are the responsibility of the Customer (paid by the Customer).

Product return policy

In any case of product return, the products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to the Customer, in their original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels, without defects (except for hidden defects and defects already reported by the Customer in correspondence with ff.md) and together with all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). Products that show physical changes, dents, chips, scratches, shocks, signs of use, and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., will not be accepted for return. In accordance with the law in force, ff.md reserves the right not to accept the return of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which may deteriorate (perishable) or deteriorate rapidly, including medicines. Products that constitute a set must be returned as a set. If an order that included a free gift is returned in its entirety, the customer is required to return the free gift in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. For health and hygiene reasons, unsealed products cannot be accepted. We also reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in cases of abuse (repeated returns).

In the event that the purchased product is non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it may be replaced with a functional product, provided that written notification is given within 48 hours of receiving the product. List of products that are not subject to exchange/return according to Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003:

• Personal hygiene items (items intended for body care);
• Items for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases at home (instruments, medical devices and equipment, oral hygiene products, eyeglass lenses, childcare items, pharmaceutical preparations);
• Cosmetics and perfumery products.

For full order returns, ff.md will refund the Customer the value of the products within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned products or until receipt of proof that they have been shipped to the Seller.
