Return policy. Right of withdrawal

ff.md offers free returns for customers who notify their intention within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the package. Orders with delivery are not eligible for free returns (The customer will pay the repeated delivery/exchange fee). Following the request received from the customer, ff.md will send the courier to the address indicated by the customer to pick up the return package. For orders with personal pickup, the return is made by the customer at the pick up point (branch).

Methods and deadlines for returning products

The customer undertakes to notify ff.md of his intention to return the purchased products, by e-mail to shop.online@ff.md or by phone at 069 807 807 within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products. Otherwise, ff.md may refuse the package. The necessary information to be provided for the return of orders:

  • the date of shipment of the package;
  • Order number;
  • the amount to be returned;
  • the address from where the courier will pick up the return package (in case of delivery by courier);

The shipping costs of the returned package(s) are the responsibility of the Customer (assumed by the Customer).

Product return conditions

In any situation of returning products, they must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to the Customer, in the original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels, without defects (except for hidden defects and except for defects already reported by the Customer in correspondence with ff.md) and together with all accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). Products that show physical changes, blows, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc. are not accepted for return. In accordance with the law in force, ff.md reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade (perishable) or deteriorate quickly, including medicines. Products that constitute a set must be returned as a set. In the event that an order with a gift product is returned in full, the customer is obliged to return the gift product in its original, undamaged and unopened condition. For health protection or hygiene reasons, unsealed products cannot be accepted. We also reserve the right to refuse to accept returns in cases of abuse (repeated returns).

In the event that the purchased product is non-functional or has manufacturing defects, it can be replaced with a functional product, provided that written notification is given within 48 hours of receiving the product. List of products that are not subject to exchange / return according to Government Decision no. 1465 of 08.12.2003:

  • Personal hygiene items (articles intended for body care);
  • Articles for the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases at home (medical instruments, devices and apparatus, oral hygiene remedies, spectacle lenses, childcare articles, pharmaceutical preparations);
  • Cosmetics and perfumery products.

Refund deadlines

For full returns of orders, ff.md will reimburse the Customer for the value of the products within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the returned products or until receipt of proof that they have been shipped to the Seller.
