Shipping policy
ff.md offers the Customer two ways to deliver products:
1. Possibility to reserve products, with pick-up and payment at certain designated locations of Farmacia Familiei ("pick-up points"). The list of these locations is clearly displayed on the order completion page, depending on stock availability. In the case of the purchase of medicinal products (with medical prescription/recipe), at the time of picking up the Order, the Customer is obliged to present and transmit to the Seller's representative the prescription issued in the form approved by the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova No. 960 of 01.10.2012 on the method of prescribing and dispensing medicines.
2. Possibility of delivery via courier service to the address indicated by the Customer and payment of the order in cash/card according to the payment documents presented by the company representative (courier).
Delivery service FOR ALL PRODUCTS DISPLAYED on the site is available for Chisinau.
The courier delivery fee within the Chisinau city area is 45.00 lei, for orders whose value is less than 350.00 lei. For orders greater than 350.00 lei, courier delivery is free for the Customer (exception - the suburbs of Chisinau, for which the national delivery fee applies).
The courier delivery fee to the following locations: Chisinau municipality is 50.00 lei for orders with a value of less than 650.00 lei. The shipping method of placed orders (personal pickup or express courier) can only be changed by reordering them. The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the product, and is displayed on the Order page as well as in the Order confirmation email or phone number.
The delivery service FOR NON-Drug Products DISPLAYED on the site is available to ALL localities in the Republic of Moldova.
The courier delivery fee outside the city of Chisinau or Balti is 50.00 lei, for orders whose value is less than 650.00 lei. For orders greater than 650.00 lei, courier delivery is free for the Customer.
Delivery conditions within the Chisinau area
If the delivery order is placed between 08:00 - 14:00, working days (Monday - Friday), for all product categories available for delivery, the delivery time is the same day, until 19:00 or a maximum of 24 hours from the time of Order confirmation.
If the delivery order is placed between 2:00 PM - 8:00 AM (next day), working days (Monday - Friday), the maximum delivery time is the next day by 7:00 PM.
If the delivery order is placed on a weekend (Saturday - Sunday), the maximum delivery time is Monday.
Any additional delay will be communicated to the Customer and a new delivery date will be agreed with him. In the event that the products are unavailable (including if the price or some characteristics of the products have undergone changes subsequent to the confirmation of the Order), Farmacia Familiei SRL will inform the Customer about the unavailability.
If the Customer is unable to receive the Order in person, the Order will be left at the specified address only to a person over 18 years of age and only if the Order number is communicated to the Courier. The Order delivery request cannot be honored if the Customer does not meet the above condition. The delivery is considered to be fulfilled by ff.md at the time of handing over the Ordered products to the Customer.
Delivery conditions outside the Chisinau area
For all delivery orders outside the Chisinau area, the maximum delivery time is 48 hours from the date of Order confirmation. Orders received on weekends will be honored during the following business days.
Product reception
The Customer undertakes to sign the delivery note presented by the Courier upon delivery of the ordered products. By signing the delivery note, the Customer acknowledges receipt of the Ordered products in good condition and in full.
Reception of medicinal products
The customer can benefit from online reservation of medicinal products. At the customer's request, the medicines will be reserved and dispensed in the branch only upon presentation of the prescription by persons over 18 years of age.
The Customer can benefit from the delivery of medicinal products provided that the mandate contract is signed online (authorization of the courier to deliver the products to the indicated address, based on the Customer's online order).
Changing the delivery method of already placed orders (from personal pickup to courier and vice versa) can only be done by canceling the current order and placing a new order with the desired delivery method!
