Shipping Policy
ff.md offers the Customer a choice of two delivery methods for products:
1. The possibility to reserve products, with pickup and payment at certain designated locations of Farmacia Familiei ("pickup points"). The list of these locations is clearly displayed on the order completion page, depending on stock availability. In the case of purchasing medicinal products (with a medical prescription), at the time of collection of the Order, the Customer is obliged to present and submit to the Seller's representative the prescription issued in the form approved by Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Moldova No. 960 of 01.10.2012 regarding the method of prescribing and dispensing medicines.
2. Possibility of delivery via courier service to the address indicated by the Customer and payment of the order in cash/card according to the payment documents presented by the company representative (courier).
Delivery service FOR ALL PRODUCTS DISPLAYED on the website is available for Chisinau.
The courier delivery fee within Chisinau is 45.00 lei for orders worth less than 350.00 lei. For orders over 350.00 lei, courier delivery is free of charge for the Customer (exception - suburbs of Chisinau, for which the national delivery fee applies).
The delivery fee by courier to the following locations: Chisinau municipality, is 50.00 lei for orders with a value of less than 650.00 lei. The shipping method for orders placed (personal pickup or express courier) can only be changed by reordering. The estimated delivery date may vary depending on the product and is displayed on the Order page as well as in the order confirmation email or phone call.
The delivery service FOR NON-MEDICINAL PRODUCTS DISPLAYED on the website is available for ALL locations in the Republic of Moldova.
The courier delivery fee outside the city limits of Chisinau or Balti is 50.00 lei for orders with a value of less than 650.00 lei. For orders over 650.00 lei, courier delivery is free of charge for the Customer.
Delivery terms within Chisinau
If the delivery order is placed between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on working days (Monday to Friday), for all categories of products available for delivery, the delivery time is the same day, until 7:00 p.m. or a maximum of 24 hours from the time of order confirmation.
If the delivery order is placed between 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (next day), on business days (Monday - Friday), the maximum delivery time is the next day by 7:00 p.m.
If the delivery order is placed on a weekend (Saturday - Sunday), the maximum delivery time is Monday.
Any additional delay will be communicated to the Customer and a new delivery date will be agreed with them. If the products are unavailable (including if the price or certain characteristics of the products have changed after the Order has been confirmed), Farmacia Familiei SRL will inform the Customer of the unavailability.
If the Customer is unable to receive the Order in person, the Order will be left at the specified address only to a person over the age of 18 and only if the Order number is communicated to the Courier. The request for delivery of the Order cannot be honored if the Customer does not meet the above condition. Delivery is considered to be fulfilled by ff.md at the time of delivery of the Ordered products to the Customer.
Delivery terms outside Chisinau
For all orders delivered outside Chisinau, the maximum delivery time is 48 hours from the date of order confirmation. Orders received on weekends will be fulfilled on the next working days.
Receipt of products
The Customer undertakes to sign the delivery note presented by the Courier upon delivery of the ordered products. By signing the delivery note, the Customer acknowledges receipt of the ordered products in good condition and in full.
Reception of medicinal products
Customers can benefit from online reservations for medicinal products. At the customer's request, medicines will be reserved and dispensed at the branch only upon presentation of a prescription by persons aged 18 or over.
The customer can benefit from the delivery of medicinal products provided that they sign the online mandate agreement (authorizing the courier to deliver the products to the address indicated in the customer's online order).
Changing the delivery method for orders that have already been placed (from personal pickup to courier and vice versa) can only be done by canceling the current order and placing a new order with the desired delivery method!
