Payment methods

Optica Familiei offers several payment options to be as convenient as possible for the customer.

1. Cash

  • Payment is made directly to the courier or at a Pick Up Point.
  • Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel for the placed order.

2. Bank card

  • Payment can be made through authorized services.
  • Payment is made directly to the courier or at a Pick Up Point upon receipt of the parcel.

3. Home Delivery

  • If the customer chooses home delivery, payment is mandatory upon receipt of the parcel.
  • In case of refusal to pay or accept the parcel:
    • The order will not be delivered.
    • The distance contract is considered terminated.
    • Optica Familiei is exempt from the obligation of a new delivery for the respective product.
