Payment methods

Optica Familiei offers several payment options to make it as convenient as possible for the customer.

1. Cash

• Payment is made directly to the courier or at the Pick Up Point.
• Payment is made upon receipt of the package corresponding to the order placed.

2. Bank card

• Payment can be made through authorized services.
• Payment is made directly to the courier or at the Pick Up Point upon receipt of the parcel.

3. Home delivery

• If the customer chooses home delivery, payment is required upon receipt of the package.
• In case of refusal to pay or receive the parcel:
  • The order will not be delivered.
  • The distance contract shall be deemed terminated.
  • Optica Familiei is exempt from the obligation to make a new delivery for the product in question.
