Chicco sunglasses are the latest line of glasses that guarantee maximum safety for the sensitive eyes of babies and children. The eyes of the little ones are extremely sensitive to the harmful effects of sun rays, as their structure allows deeper light penetration, and their protective capabilities are much lower than in adults.
Children spend a lot of time outdoors, especially in summer when the sun's rays are stronger. In newborns, the lens is so transparent that 90% of UVA and 50% of UVB rays reach the retina. Ideally, sunglasses should block all UV light and possibly some blue light. Sunglasses are recommended to block 99% of all UV light.
